Privacy policy
Version: 2026-09-27 (draft) · Last updated: 27 September 2026
360Business is a brand of 360 Media [full legal name, trade license number and address, to be confirmed], a company licensed in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and the waitlist, why, and what rights you have.
1. Who is responsible for your data
360 Media is responsible for (the "controller" of) the personal data described here. You can reach us at [privacy contact email, to be confirmed].
2. What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your WhatsApp number, if you choose to give it;
- your company's or project's activity, in your own words;
- your country;
- the language you used, and the date and time you registered.
When you use the platform (after signing in):
- your email address, to sign you in with a code we send you, or your Google account details (name and email) if you choose to sign in with Google;
- a WhatsApp number to contact you about your account and your team's work, which you enter after your first sign-in, or which our business consultant saves to your account after you agree;
- the content of your conversations with our business consultant and team, and what is built from them, such as your Proposed Business Plan and plan.
When you visit the website:
- our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure;
- we save your language choice (Arabic or English) in a small cookie so the site opens in the same language next time.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies at this stage.
3. What we do not collect
We never ask for, and ask you not to send us: patient or health information, ID or passport numbers, bank card details or passwords.
4. Why we use your data
- To contact you by email or WhatsApp about the launch of 360Business and early access.
- To understand which countries and types of business are interested, so we can plan our launch.
- To provide the service: your conversation with our business consultant, your Proposed Business Plan, plan and proposal, and following up on the work.
- To review and improve the quality of our team's replies, and to alert our team when a conversation needs a person.
- To protect the website and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data, we never share it with other clients, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Legal basis
We process your waitlist data at your request when you submit the form, only to contact you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. [For the lawyer: is this enough, or should the form add an explicit consent checkbox?] We process your account and conversation data to provide the service you ask for. We process technical data based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
6. Who can access your data
We never share your data with other clients, and never give or sell it to anyone for their own use. Each client's data is kept separate from everyone else's.
The only other parties that handle it are the technical service providers below, who store and process it on our behalf only, under contracts that require them to protect it and forbid them from using it for anything else:
- Vercel (website hosting);
- Supabase (database and sign-in) [hosting region to be confirmed];
- Anthropic (the AI models our business consultant and team run on): processes your messages only to generate replies [For the lawyer: confirm Anthropic's terms on not training on this data and on retention];
- ElevenLabs (the business consultant's voice in voice calls): turns what you say into text, and her replies into speech. We don't keep the recording; only the text is saved in your conversation [For the lawyer: confirm ElevenLabs' terms on keeping audio and not training on it].
We will only disclose data to an authority if the law requires it.
These providers may store data outside the UAE and Egypt. When they do, we rely on the safeguards they provide. If we add new providers (for example for payments or WhatsApp), we will update this policy before using them.
7. How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until the platform launches and for [12 months] after that, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or become a client. We keep your account and conversation data while your account is open, and for [to be decided] after it is closed, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020), you can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop contacting you, or withdraw your consent.
To do any of this, email [privacy contact email]. We will reply within [30 days].
9. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), keep each client's data separate, restrict access to the waitlist to authorized members of our team, and keep secret keys out of our code.
10. Children
This website and the waitlist are for adults (18 and over) acting for a business.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as the platform grows. We will show the date of the latest version at the top, and tell you by email about important changes.
