These terms apply to this website and the 360Business waitlist. Separate terms will apply to the platform and paid services when they launch.

360Business is a brand of 360 Media [full legal name, trade license number and address, to be confirmed], licensed in the United Arab Emirates. "We" and "us" mean 360 Media.
2. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a contract or any obligation to buy.
- It does not guarantee access by a specific date, or a specific price. Prices have not been set yet, and will be shown in a detailed proposal before you pay anything.
- You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing [contact email].
3. How our services use AI
- 360Business uses artificial intelligence. Our business consultant, project manager and team members are AI, and we say so clearly in every interaction.
- AI can make mistakes. We review important work before it reaches you, but you should check anything important before you rely on it.
- Nothing on this website, and nothing our AI team says, is final legal, medical, tax or investment advice. For these matters we work with qualified human partners.
4. No guaranteed results
We commit to clear plans, deliverables and reporting, but we do not guarantee specific business results, such as sales, revenue or number of customers.
5. Using the website
You agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting false information, trying to access data that isn't yours, disrupting the site, or signing up other people without their permission.
6. Intellectual property
The 360Business name, logo, content and design belong to 360 Media. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
7. Liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using the website or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be limited.
8. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data.
9. Governing law
